Due to the UK housing crisis our General Building division is focused directly on property development.   Projects targeted are to develop either land or existing buildings into new homes.

KRCS can provide general building solutions for various development projects such as residential new build or renovation, as well as commercial conversion or renovation.

Our target regions are more localised to our base of operations but include Cheshire, Derbyshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire & the West Midlands.

KRCS is seeking more property development opportunities, and we are actively growing our network of smaller developers and private investors to work with.
