FACADES

KRCS predominantly operates as a specialist cladding sub-contractor within the UK construction industry. Extensive experience of facade construction has enabled KRCS to develop a wide and varied knowledge of different cladding systems and how best to install them.

We operate throughout England and Wales and typical contract values to date are between £250k to £5m.

We carry out a mixture of new build and cladding remediation works across different sectors, always considering how specific facades effect building performance. We work with tested and certified materials, taking into account CWCT test results and Euroclass fire performance. Facade projects above 11m must ensure the building envelope is a minimum standard of Euroclass A1 or A2 s1 d0 to be compliant .
